FIRS Recruitment Update: Latest News, Application Process, and Key Deadlines

We are pleased to invite you to attend Physical Documentation Exercise scheduled as follows:

• Venue: FIRS Training School, Lagos, 2b Lateef Jakande Road, Beside LTV 8 Agidigbi, Ikeja. Lagos
• Time: 11.00am

You are therefore, required to come along with the Originals and 3 Copies of the following documents:

1. Means of Identifications (e.g. National Identity Card, International Passport or Driver’s License)
2. Curriculum Vitae: Stating Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email

Address, Permanent Home Address, State of Origin, Local Government and Educational Qualifications.

1. Letter of Resignation (Duly Acknowledged/Stamped), if you are currently working (This will be required at the point of Assumption of Duty)
2. Original Educational Qualifications (First School Leaving Certificate, WASSCE/NECO, First degree Certificate (B.Sc./HND)

NYSC Certificate (Certificate of National Service & or Letter of Exclusion) Postgraduate Certificate (Masters & PGD)

1. Professional Qualifications (ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, CITN, BL & Others)
2. Evidence of Change if Name (If any)
3. Birth Certificate (STRICTLY FROM THE NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION)
4. Indigene Certificate (Must be from Local Government Council)
5. Certificate of Medical Fitness (Must be from Government Hospital) Issued not earlier than 30th April 2025
6. Pension Registration Certificate
7. Evidence of Registration with National Housing Fund. If you do not have one, Click HERE to register and follow the steps below, to obtain your NHF Enrollment Number:
   ü Click internet banking & Select New contributor, Click to account then Portal;
   ü Select category type, Personal/individual;
   ü Email, phone no. BVN, BVN consent then BVN;
   ü Get OTP (Check your Email for the OTP); ü Click on Allow, Select Employed;
   ü For Branch- put FCT 1, For employer name put 20128184 and not FIRS.
8. Taxpayer Identification Number/Certificate from Joint Tax Board (JTB). If you do not have one, Click HERE to register and obtain you JTB TIN
9. Four (4) Recent Passport Photographs

You are to ensure that you have ALL the above listed documents (as applicable to you) before coming for the documentation. You are also advised to STRICTLY keep to the date & time assigned to you.
