Responsibilities
- Department Rotations: Work across various functional areas (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to understand end-to-end business operations.
- Shadowing & Mentorship: Observe and learn management techniques directly from department heads and experienced supervisors.
- Project Management: Contribute to strategic planning and lead process improvement or cost-management initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and compile detailed reports to support management decision-making.
- Administrative & Floor Support: Assist managers with team supervision, scheduling, performance reviews, and daily operations.
- Training & Evaluation: Attend corporate workshops, complete required coursework, and pass periodic performance assessments to measure growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
