Programme Overview

The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to provide participants with structured training, practical experience, and exposure to the latest technologies in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more.
You’ll collaborate with experts, attend professional development workshops, and work on innovative solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Participate in an intensive training program that blends classroom learning with practical projects.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on live technology initiatives to gain valuable experience.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and IT systems.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to generate insights that inform business decisions.
- Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices to safeguard organizational systems and data.
- Provide technical and IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance your professional skills and grow your industry network.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the INFINION Technologies Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must:
- Have completed the NYSC program at the time of application.
- Be available for onsite work in Lagos.
- Demonstrate prior or appreciable experience in at least one of the listed program areas.
- Be willing to commit at least one full year (12 months) to the program.
- Be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
