Applications are now open for the Ingentia Energies Graduate Trainee Program 2026, a structured opportunity designed to develop the next generation of technical and commercial professionals in Nigeria’s energy sector.
Ingentia Energies Limited is seeking ambitious, analytical, and high performing young graduates who are ready to build long term careers in the energy industry through intensive learning, practical exposure, and hands on project experience.
The 12 month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real industry practice.
Successful candidates will undergo technical rotations, immersive training, mentorship, and practical project management experience under experienced industry professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Engineering
- Sciences
- Finance
- Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC programme by July 2026
- Be not more than 27 years old at the time of application
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and problem solving mindset
