Requirements
To be eligible for the Meristem Starlet Programme 2027, applicants must:
- Be between 21 and 28 years old.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
- Have 0–1 year of post-NYSC work experience, or be an early-career professional seeking structured career development.
