Role Overview – Personal Assistant

We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our Managing Director. This position is critical to ensuring efficient time management and smooth operations.

As a Personal Assistant, you will coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and handle a variety of tasks to support the executive professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, managing communications and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
• Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as required by the Managing Director.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced or luxury environment.
• Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby for easy accessibility.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the needs of the Managing Director.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
