About the Role
The Social Media and Content Manager will support the planning, execution, management, and optimization of She Code Africa’s digital content and social media strategy.
The role involves managing daily social media operations, supporting campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that all communication aligns with the organization’s brand voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Manage all social media platforms
- Develop and publish engaging digital content
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Run organic and paid social media campaigns
- Track campaign performance and analytics
- Build and maintain a content bank
- Manage audience engagement across comments and messages
- Support organization wide communication campaigns
- Create and manage video content
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies
- Prepare monthly analytics and performance reports

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- 2–3 years experience managing social media and digital content
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms
- Experience with:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Strong content creation skills
- Video shooting and editing experience
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience within:
- Tech organizations
