Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with Betway’s brand voice and guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives.
- Plan and manage a content calendar, aligning with sporting events, product launches, and promotions.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages across all Betway social channels in a timely, professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to implement and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience using analytics platforms to track and measure performance.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to edit videos for short-form content (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Understanding of social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with sports and betting terminology is an added advantage.
Skills
- Experience managing brand accounts or influencer collaborations.
- Strong knowledge of paid social campaigns and digital advertising.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and end-to-end campaigns.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and trend analysis.
- Copywriting skills for engaging, conversion-driven content.
- Hands-on experience with live content creation (IG Live, TikTok Live, Twitter Spaces).
- Knowledge of email marketing integration with social campaigns.
- Community management and online reputation expertise.
- Previous work experience in fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
- Photography/videography skills for creating original media content.
