That is why, in collaboration with Oracle Volunteering, we launched the Thrive Programme – a transformative initiative designed to help young Nigerians level up with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to excel in today’s competitive job market.
From bridging the gap between education and real-world opportunities to enhancing employability, Thrive has already mentored and graduated 38 outstanding young people. Many of them are now thriving in great jobs, leading initiatives, and driving meaningful impact within their communities.
We are keeping the momentum alive and opening up new opportunities for even more graduates to learn, lead, and thrive.

Selection Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
Submit an Expression of Interest in one of the following formats:
- A short video (max 1 minute, MP4 format), OR
- A written statement (400 words, single-spaced, Arial 12, in English)
Your video or write-up should clearly cover:

- Why you are interested in the Thrive Programme
- How the programme will benefit you in the long run
- What makes you the best candidate for selection
Video Guidelines: Videos must be clear and steady, with minimal background noise or distractions. Applicants should face the camera directly, showing both face and shoulders.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 30 by 1st October 2025.
