Organization: Triple M Dashboards (TMD)
Locations: All Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, and Kaduna States
Contract Duration: Short-term assignment (duration to be communicated during onboarding)

Key Responsibilities

For Field Data Collectors:

  • Conduct household or community-based interviews using mobile data collection tools (e.g., ODK, SurveyCTO, KoboCollect – training will be provided).
  • Accurately record responses and ensure data integrity during fieldwork.
  • Engage respectfully with community members and stakeholders.
  • Attend training sessions and adhere to all field protocols and ethical guidelines.

For Field Supervisors:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of data collectors in assigned LGAs.
  • Ensure daily targets are met and provide on-ground technical support.
  • Conduct spot-checks and reviews to ensure high data quality.
  • Submit daily reports and escalate issues to the field coordinator promptly.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification: OND/NCE (Bachelor’s degree – BSc/HND – is an added advantage).
  • At least 1 prior experience in field data collection is mandatory.
  • Supervisory experience is required for Supervisor roles.
  • Must be proficient in using smartphones, GPS tools, and basic digital applications.
  • Must speak English fluently and at least one local language commonly spoken in the state of assignment (e.g., Hausa, Fulani, etc.).
  • Must own a functional Android smartphone compatible with mobile survey apps.
  • Ability to travel across selected LGAs and work under minimal supervision.
