Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
To qualify for the Unilever SHE Internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A completed degree or national diploma in any of the following (or related) fields:
- Safety Management
- Occupational Health
- Environmental Science or Environmental Management
- Other relevant science disciplines

Job Description & Responsibilities
As a SHE Intern, you will support the SHE team with both strategic and day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and updating SHE policies, procedures, and documentation
- Conducting risk assessments and evaluating environmental impacts
- Assisting in safety incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Sharing SHE communications through internal platforms and team meetings
- Planning and delivering SHE-related training sessions and awareness programs
- Compiling and analyzing SHE performance metrics and statistics
- Coordinating hygiene inspections, first-aid audits, and safety checks
- Managing SHE action trackers to monitor task progress and compliance
- Leading at least two key improvement projects that drive SHE best practices
- Conducting safety inductions for site contractors and visitors
