Job Summary
As a Divisional Sales Analyst, you will support the operational capabilities of the business and the sales team.
You will coordinate route planning, manage system tools, and ensure accurate sales data management to support market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales, including data processing.
- Support implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
- Assist in developing or revising sales policies and administrative processes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Test system implementations and updates, working closely with sales teams, internal departments, and external service providers.
- Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.
- Collect, store, analyze, and redistribute sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of numbers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate regional data to support business decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support.
- Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple queries, respond promptly, and maintain composure.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-friendly.
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
