Who Can Apply?
The programme is targeted at fresh university graduates who meet the following requirements:
- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper degree
- At least 5 O’Level credits obtained in one sitting
- Mathematics and English Language must be among the O’Level credits
- Must be below 26 years old at the time of application
- Must have completed NYSC by December 2026
Graduates of international universities whose certificates do not state a degree classification will be required to provide their academic transcripts.

For Law Graduates: Law graduates must also have a minimum of Second-Class Lower from the Nigerian Law School.
Selection Process
Applicants who meet the requirements will progress through a multi-stage recruitment process:
- Application: Submit one application through the Andersen careers portal and select the appropriate service line.
- Data Validation: Applications and submitted information will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.
- Aptitude Test: Shortlisted candidates will take an assessment covering analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will participate in:
- Group Exercise
- Panel Interview
- Essay Writing
- Final Interview: Candidates who pass the Assessment Centre will have a one-on-one interview with a Partner from their selected service line.
- Offer: Successful candidates who complete the recruitment process will receive an offer to join Andersen.
