For the internship positions, the programme runs for three months. Interns who perform satisfactorily may be considered for continued employment with the company after completing the programme, subject to available organizational requirements.

1. HR Intern — ₦150,000/month
The HR Intern will support Talenture Group’s internal human resources activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, learning and development, and general HR administration.

2. Finance Intern — ₦100,000/month

Internship Duration
The internship programme runs for three months. Based on satisfactory performance and the company’s staffing requirements, successful interns may be offered an opportunity to continue working with Talenture Group after the programme.

Application Process
Candidates will complete three major stages:
