Sales & Digitization Graduate Trainee
- Support sales and digitization activities across assigned branches.
- Contribute to business operations across Nigerian branches.
- Support sales and business development objectives.

Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Create training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments and other learning materials.
- Develop and edit e-learning courses using relevant authoring tools.
- Produce training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Upload and manage learning content on Learning Management Systems.
- Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning content.
- Track course participation and completion.
- Manage recruitment activities from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviews and communication.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other talent channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding activities.
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post vacancies, source candidates and screen applications.
- Conduct candidate assessments and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Build applicant pipelines through research and candidate outreach.
- Maintain recruitment sources and candidate records.
- Manage job vacancies across recruitment platforms.

Van Sales Representative
- Execute sales and marketing plans within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain product availability across wholesale and retail outlets.
- Work with dealers and retailers to activate products at points of sale.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Monitor dealer turnover and stock levels.
- Develop action plans for dealers falling behind their targets.
- Identify and recruit new wholesale and retail customers.
- Remit cash collected on behalf of dealers.
- Reconcile dealer stock sold through redistribution.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing, promotions and new products.
Requirements
Sales & Digitization Graduate Trainee
- BA, BSc or HND qualification.
- Open to fresh and young graduates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently.
Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter, headhunter or recruitment agency professional.
- FMCG recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Strong networking ability.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Van Sales Representative
- Minimum of OND.
- At least 1 year of van sales experience.
- Good driving skills and a valid driving licence or permit.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian roads.
- Ability to use smartphones and sales applications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer focus and goal-oriented approach.
