Program Overview
The Diya, Fatimilehin & Co Graduate Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in real estate through structured learning, on-the-job training, and professional development.
Trainees will gain exposure to property valuation, facility management, sales and leasing, and client relationship management.
Participants will also benefit from mentorship by seasoned professionals, ensuring they develop the technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required to thrive in a dynamic real estate environment.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of a second-class degree from a recognized university.
- Be not more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Have no more than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Show a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the real estate sector.
