Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in the assigned subject
- Prepare lesson plans and assess students’ academic progress
- Support effective teaching and learning in public basic education schools
- Maintain accurate student records and classroom management
- Participate in school activities and professional development programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.Sc. Ed., or B.A. Ed.), or
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a relevant discipline plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in the relevant subject area
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)or proof of ongoing registration is mandatory
