Available Positions:

1. Deputy Branch Manager — ₦400,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and coordinate branch activities.
• Drive sales and ensure set targets are met.
• Provide leadership and support to the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management.

2. Sales Executive — ₦200,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Market and promote the company’s properties.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide professional advice to clients on available properties.

General Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
• Relevant work experience, especially for the Deputy Branch Manager role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-driven and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
