In Nigeria, the Renewed Hope Farm Input Support Programme (FISP) does not have an open individual online application. Farmers are selected through verified lists compiled through different farmers registration process both on Federal and state level.
The Federal Government handles direct support through some key digital platforms such as:
1: Integrated Farmers Platform (NFMP): If you are looking to access the end-to-end value chain for the fertilizer subsidy program, you can register via the National Fertilizer Management Platform https://nfmp.gov.ng/farmers
2: National Digital Farmers Registry (NDFR): Run in collaboration with IFAD and Heifer International, the platform is https://ndfrplatform.ng
The most effective way to get verified for physical inputs is on the ground, through state Agricultural Development Projects (ADPs), and extension officers. Every state in Nigeria has an ADP office
To increase your chances, register with any of the mentioned above and join a local cooperative or group, and contact your state or local government agriculture office for inclusion in beneficiary lists.
Approved farmers then receive subsidized or free inputs (mainly fertilizers) directly at designated distribution points.
