About the Graduate Recruitment and Development Program
The GRDP is designed to identify and nurture high-potential young lawyers through a combination of practical work and formal development activities.
Selected participants will gain hands-on exposure to real-world legal matters while rotating across different departments and practice areas within the firm.
The programme includes:

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be young lawyers with 0–2 years of post-call experience
- Hold a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a reputable university
- Hold at least a Second Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School
- Demonstrate the potential and willingness to learn and develop professionally
The programme is particularly suited to newly qualified and early-career lawyers who want structured exposure to professional legal practice.
