Who Can Apply
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a degree from a recognised institution in any discipline.
- Have completed NYSC, be exempted, or complete NYSC before the programme begins.
- Have no more than two years of post-graduation work experience.
- Have an active LinkedIn profile.
- Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for personal development.
- Be available full-time for the entire 12-month programme.
- Already live in Lagos and be able to commute to the office daily.

Recruitment Process
The selection process consists of four stages:
