Pan-African Youth Impact Bootcamp 2026 | Fully Funded Opportunity – Cohort 2.0

Applications are open for the Pan-African Youth Impact Bootcamp 2026 (Cohort 2.0), a fully funded six-week virtual fellowship bringing together young Africans who want to strengthen their capacity to lead, collaborate, develop ideas and contribute to solutions shaping the continent’s future.

Hosted by The African Student Summit, the programme is open to young Africans aged 18–35 from across the continent.

About the Pan-African Youth Impact Bootcamp

The Pan-African Youth Impact Bootcamp is designed to help young Africans move beyond ideas and develop the thinking, exposure, networks and practical capabilities needed to create meaningful impact.

Throughout the programme, Fellows will engage with entrepreneurs, technology professionals, creatives, researchers, executives, policymakers, innovators and other practitioners contributing to Africa’s development.

The experience combines learning with dialogue, collaboration and practical execution, giving participants opportunities to examine important issues affecting Africa while developing ideas and solutions alongside other young people.

What Fellows Will Do

Throughout the programme, Fellows will:

  • Explore the forces, challenges and opportunities shaping Africa’s future
  • Question assumptions and conventional approaches to solving problems
  • Engage with professionals and practitioners from different sectors
  • Collaborate with young Africans from different countries and backgrounds
  • Develop ideas into practical projects, proposals and solutions
  • Participate in learning, dialogue and experimentation
  • Reflect on their strengths, interests and potential contributions to Africa
  • Build connections with other ambitious young people across the continent

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Be aged 18–35
  • Be from an African country
  • Be passionate about creating positive impact
  • Be available to participate throughout the programme
  • Be willing to learn, collaborate and contribute

The programme is open to young Africans from different academic, professional, entrepreneurial and creative backgrounds.
