Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 SAP Young Professionals Program, a fully funded digital skills training initiative delivered by the SAP Digital Skills Center.
This two-month program is designed to equip recent graduates with globally recognized SAP certifications, hands-on project experience, and the professional soft skills required to launch a successful career as an SAP Associate Consultant.
Upon completion, SAP will work closely with graduates to connect them with career opportunities within SAP’s global ecosystem — including SAP’s customers and partners — enabling them to start their journey as SAP Consultants.

About the SAP Young Professionals Program
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free and intensive two-month training initiative created to empower young, talented graduates to become certified SAP Consultants.
Participants receive end-to-end (E2E) SAP training, hands-on technical exposure, and career development support, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to real-world digital transformation projects.
Through this program, SAP not only builds local talent but also supports economic growth by connecting skilled graduates to high-demand digital careers across Africa and beyond.
About the SAP Consultant Role
An SAP Consultant plays a vital role in helping organizations implement and optimize SAP’s software solutions. The role is typically divided into two key areas:
- Functional Consultant: Focuses on understanding business processes, requirements gathering, and system configuration to ensure SAP solutions align with client needs.
- Technical Consultant: Specializes in system integration, data migration, and development of customized solutions using SAP technologies.
Consultants are involved in every phase of an S/4HANA project, including:
- Blueprinting, design, and implementation
- Testing, deployment, and optimization
- Providing ongoing client support and continuous improvement guidance
SAP Consultants ensure that businesses maximize their technology investments while achieving greater efficiency, integration, and innovation.
Certification Information
Participants will gain hands-on experience and certification in SAP’s End-to-End (E2E) Business Processes, which integrate all key functions of a business — from sales, supply chain, finance, procurement, and human resources — into a unified, intelligent system.
This certification validates your expertise in building data-driven, connected business environments that eliminate inefficiencies and foster smarter decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the SAP Young Professionals Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in Mozambique or Nigeria
- Must be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career goals
Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:

- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Engineering
- Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Should have graduated within the last 3 years, preferably with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested)
- Must demonstrate a strong interest in SAP consulting, technology, and business transformation
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must have full-time availability (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday) during the 2-month training period
- Must have reliable internet access, as the program will be delivered virtually via live sessions
