Applications are open for the She Leads Africa (SLA) BoostHer Programme 2026, a programme designed to help young Nigerian women develop the skills, confidence and support needed to build businesses, advance their careers and achieve greater economic independence.
The programme is delivered by She Leads Africa (SLA) in collaboration with Jobberman and combines self-paced learning, live masterclasses, mentorship, networking and practical business support.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to Nigerian women aged 18–35, including women who:
- Have an innovative business idea.
- Are already running a business.
- Want to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
- Are students or recent graduates.
- Want to turn an existing skill into a source of income.

How the Programme Works
The BoostHer Programme uses a blended learning model. Participants can access self-paced courses through SLA’s digital platform, attend live sessions through Zoom and Google Meet, and participate in community networking through platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook. Some in-person activities may also be organised through universities and community locations.
According to SLA’s 2026 impact report, 13,709 Nigerian women were trained during Year 1, while 2,750 participants recorded income improvements through jobs, promotions, freelance work or product sales. Year 2 has a target of training 30,000 women.
