The highly anticipated WiSER Pioneers Program 2026 is now officially accepting applications! Now entering its ninth cohort, this prestigious, year-long, competitive program is dedicated to empowering emerging female leaders to drive the global shift toward sustainability.
Since its launch in 2018, the Pioneers Program has established itself as one of the world’s most impactful initiatives for developing women leaders in the sustainability space.
It has delivered over 535 hours of tailored workshops and more than 515 hours of one-to-one mentoring.
The program has welcomed over 150 Pioneers hailing from more than 30 nationalities, equipping them with the essential knowledge, networks, and advanced leadership skills needed to shape the global energy transformation and deliver meaningful, on-the-ground impact in their home communities.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the WiSER Pioneers Program 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a woman aged 25 to 35 from anywhere in the world.
- Be an entrepreneur or possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in a sustainability, environment, energy, or STEM-related field.
