Applications are now open for the She Plus Tech x DataCamp AI Scholarship Program, a fully funded global initiative designed to empower women with world-class data, artificial intelligence, and technology skills.
The program is powered by DataCamp Donates and implemented by She Plus Tech, a global community committed to helping women and girls gain access to technology education, career opportunities, and digital empowerment.
Successful applicants will receive free access to DataCamp’s premium learning platform, giving them the opportunity to learn in-demand digital skills through hundreds of expert-led courses and career tracks.

About the Program
The scholarship is a 3-month learning experience designed to help women build practical, job-ready skills that can support career growth, career transitions, entrepreneurship, or entry into the technology industry.
Participants will gain access to more than 600 courses, projects, assessments, and learning resources covering various technology and data-related fields.
The program follows a flexible self-paced learning model, allowing participants to learn at their own pace from anywhere in the world.
Available Learning Pathways
Participants can choose from two specialized AI tracks:
Machine Learning Engineer Track
This pathway is designed for individuals who want to become Machine Learning Engineers.
Participants will learn:
- Machine learning model development
- Model deployment
- Machine learning operations (MLOps)
- Monitoring and maintenance of AI systems
- Python-based machine learning workflows
- Data manipulation and model evaluation
The track is particularly suitable for learners who already have some foundational knowledge of data or programming and want to advance into machine learning engineering roles.

Associate AI Engineer Track
This pathway focuses on helping participants become AI Engineers capable of building and deploying modern AI solutions.
Participants will learn:
- AI model development and deployment

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt engineering concepts
- AI workflows and best practices
- Practical AI engineering skills
The track includes exposure to modern AI technologies and tools used across industries.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a registered member of She Plus Tech
- Use the same email address for membership registration and scholarship application
- Be passionate about technology and digital skills development
- Be able to complete at least one DataCamp course within the 3-month program period
- Have access to a working laptop
- Have reliable internet access throughout the program
- Possess beginner-level knowledge or strong interest in technology fields such as:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Data Science
- Cloud Computing
- Analytics
- Technology-related careers
- Reside in a country where DataCamp services are available
- Identify as a woman between the ages of 18 and 55
