PremiumHR Solution is recruiting on behalf of a leading banking institution to fill multiple positions across the 19 Northern States of Nigeria.

The successful candidates will support the marketing and expansion of retail banking products and services, customer acquisition, agent onboarding and business development activities within their assigned locations.

Available Positions

• Marketing Associate – SME Banking
• Agent Field Officer (AFO)
• Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Marketing and promoting retail banking products and services.
• Identifying prospective customers and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• Acquiring and onboarding new customers onto the bank’s digital platform.
• Identifying prospective agents and supporting their onboarding onto the banking platform.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and agents.
• Supporting business growth and market expansion within the assigned territory.
• Conducting field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Supporting other business development activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• An NCE, OND, HND or BSc in a relevant discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience or knowledge of marketing retail banking products and services.
• The ability to identify and onboard new customers onto banking platforms.
• The ability to identify and onboard new agents onto banking platforms.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• A willingness to carry out field-based marketing and business development activities.

Salary and Benefits

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₦115,000 – ₦130,000, alongside:

• Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) coverage.
