Nestlé Nigeria Plc, the Nigerian subsidiary of global food and beverage company Nestlé, is recruiting Production Technicians and Engineering Technicians for full-time, on-site positions at its manufacturing facilities in Agbara and Sagamu, Ogun State.
Both positions involve hands-on technical responsibilities supporting production operations, equipment maintenance, quality control, food safety and workplace safety.
The opportunities are suitable for candidates with relevant technical backgrounds who want to develop their careers within a major food manufacturing organisation.

Requirements
- Ability to work full-time and on-site at the assigned location in Agbara or Sagamu, Ogun State.
- Willingness to work in a factory and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to comply with Nestlé’s standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety requirements and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) procedures.
- Relevant technical background related to the position being applied for, either Production or Engineering.
Available Positions
Production Technician
- Operate production lines in accordance with established operational standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues where required.
- Perform quality checks before, during and after production operations.
- Carry out checks relating to PRPs and OPRPs in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Follow food safety requirements and comply with workplace food safety controls.
- Protect people, products, equipment, the workplace and the environment while performing assigned duties.

Engineering Technician
- Operate, monitor and maintain engineering equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose equipment faults and carry out timely repairs to minimise production downtime.
- Conduct routine safety, quality and asset integrity inspections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational excellence.
- Promote a safe working environment while protecting people, products, assets and the environment.
