1. Operations Officer
Key Responsibilities

- Receive confirmed export orders and prepare operational execution plans.
- Monitor orders from procurement through shipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure the availability of quality commodities.
- Prepare and verify export documents, including invoices and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
- Coordinate inspections and certifications with relevant export agencies.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in agro-export or international trade.
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
2. Business Development Officer

- Identify and secure international buyers for products such as ginger, hibiscus, sesame, and soybeans.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through repeat orders.
- Conduct market research and develop export strategies for new markets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, webinars, and B2B meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers.
- Support business growth and expansion across international markets.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in agro-export or international trade.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Existing international buyer network is a major advantage.
