- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Support customer onboarding by providing account setup guidance, coordinating training and conducting follow-ups.
- Track customer issues, provide timely updates and maintain accurate support records.
- Follow up with customers to identify adoption challenges and provide approved guidance.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop and maintain FAQs, customer guides and training materials.
- Prepare routine reports on customer support activities, onboarding progress and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Handle customer information responsibly and comply with company procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to learn new products, support systems and processes.
- Good judgment, problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer concerns.
- Interest in fintech, business software and customer experience.
- Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage.
