    In this role, you’ll connect with customers across phone, email, chat, and support tickets while turning everyday questions into smooth, positive experiences.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer questions through phone, email, chat, and support tickets with speed and care.
    • Troubleshoot account, product, or service issues and know when to bring in the right team for support.
    • Document customer conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
    • Follow up with customers to help ensure their questions are resolved and their experience stays positive.
    • Spot common customer trends and share ideas that can make service even better.

    Skills/Requirements

    • 1+ years of Customer service, call center, or support experience.
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills with a helpful, professional style.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
    • Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
    • Ability to listen actively, manage priorities, and collaborate with internal teams.
